Dr. Derek Abramowski
Dr. Derek Abramowski attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Dr. Abramowski grew up in Buffalo, MN, and always knew that he wanted to return to this area to practice dentistry and serve his community. He is an active member of the Monticello chapter of the Rotary Club, a charity and volunteer organization that regularly participates in programs which benefit the community.
In his free time, Dr. Abramowski enjoys spending time with family and friends. Dr. Abramowski is an avid outdoorsman and often found camping and hiking with his dog, Finn. Much of his winter is spent ice fishing with his wife, two sons and dog on lakes all over Minnesota.

Kristi
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kristi is a native of Two Harbors, MN and a graduate of St. Cloud Technical College. She is a recipient of Colgate’s Student Total Achievement Recognition (STAR), an award granted each year to a graduating student who demonstrates excellence and commitment to dental hygiene.
Kristi has been with Southside Dental Center since 2002 and loves the interaction and conversations she has with both patients and staff. As an experienced professional, Kristi is proud to help patients reach their dental goals of a healthy mouth and smile.
During her free time, Kristi enjoys being with her family and friends, reading, her book club, and outdoor activities like hiking, snowmobiling, boating, and gardening.
Bailey
Registered Dental Hygienist
Bailey grew up in Monticello and lives on a family farm with her husband and son. She graduated from Herzing University with an associate of dental hygiene degree and has been a hygienist for 8 years. She enjoys reading, painting , snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, working her cattle, competing with her horses, but above all she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Jennie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennie is a native from Big Lake/Monticello, MN and received her Dental Hygiene Degree from Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN. In 2000, Jennie worked at the front desk and sterilization room at a local dentist office until she received her license in Dental Hygiene in 2002. She then worked at that practice for another 16 years.
Jennie has just recently started to work at Southside Dental, and says it's very satisfying to help another person improve and maintain their oral health. It is her goal to earn the patient’s trust by making sure they know that they are receiving the best care for their needs.
During her free time, Jennie enjoys being outdoors, gardening, photography, exploring MN bike trails, and hanging out on the lake with family, friends and her Golden Retriever named Hope.
Sheila
Registered Dental Assistant
Sheila is a graduate of North Hennepin Technical College and has been with Southside Dental Center since 1999. She is proud to have had the opportunity to work with so many wonderful patients and help them achieve the beautiful smile they have always wanted.
Sheila is a native of St. Michael and enjoys spending free time with family and friends, traveling, reading, hiking, running, and being outdoors.
Samantha
Registered Dental Assistant
Samantha graduated from the St Cloud Tech Dental Assisting Program. She loves to spend her free time gardening, baking, sewing and spending time with her friends and family.
Dona
Registered Dental Assistant
Dona is a graduate of the Hennepin Tech Dental Assisting program. She enjoys family time whether it be camping or just hanging out on the couch. She has a great group of friends she enjoys spending time with and she also enjoys reading, gardening and anything that has to do with being outside.
Theresa
Receptionist
Theresa has been with Southside Dental Center since 2019. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and her grand dog Finley. Theresa really enjoys going to the MN State Fair, fishing and game nights with family and friends.
Debbie
Enjoys being on the water, camp fires, and road trips in her jeep. She also like golfing, hanging out with her grandkids and is a huge Vikings fan.
