Schedule an Appointment

We'll schedule your first appointment as soon as possible. Once you become a patient, we'll automatically schedule your appointments every six months and send you a reminder card.

We accept and file all insurance plans. We're providers for HealthPartners and Delta Dental (except for the preferred option).
